Richard Maize of Los Angeles, California, has worked in the mortgage and real estate industries for more than 30 years. He founded and eventually liquidated one of the largest, most reputable banking mortgage companies in the country. Owning property in more than 20 states, Richard Maize continues to offer finance, mortgage, and real estate advice, including as a contributor to Entrepreneur.com and Huffpost.com.

Due in part to an abiding interest in business methodologies and tactics, Mr. Maize has pursued various business ventures beyond real estate. In addition to investing in the Richeeze Melts food truck, he functions as a partner for a distressed assets company and an online public relations firm. Along with his wife, Rochelle, he operates the Rochelle and Richard Maize Foundation, which supports and contributes to various local and international causes.

Additionally, Mr. Maize serves on the boards of the American Cancer Society and Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, as well as the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors.
